"It's better with Windows" Website -- Hoax or Just Ugly?

Designed for Windows XP computer hardware logoImage via Wikipedia
There's a lot of blathering on about the new collaboration between Asus and called itsbetterwithwindows.com is real or not. Let's put that to rest by quoting Asus' website:
It's better with Windows® The Eee PC™ 1008HA comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows XP Home and Microsoft Works. With Windows® XP, you can be sure that your Eee PC™ will be compatible with your existing Windows applications and devices. Windows® XP is also easy to use and delivers a dependable experience that Microsoft and a worldwide community of partners stand behind. Visit www.ItsBetterwithWindows.com » to find out more.
QED. It's real, just bad.

asus.co.uk/eeepc/ is registered to a private UK citizen and hosted on servers that aren't ASUS's private DNS servers. There are also some glaring stylistic inconsistencies with other advertisements for the same model which are consistent on all sites owned by ASUS

Hmm I was about to buy an 1000he asus netbook on newegg when I found out about this. At first I thought it was a hoax but I'm pretty convinced its real. Check out this newegg advertisement here:

    http://promotions.newegg.com/ASUS/041609/?cm_sp=Subcat_Netbooks-_-ASUS/041609-_-http%3a%2f%2fpromotions.newegg.com%2fASUS%2f041609%2f478x88.jpg

Top and bottom of the screen have "its better with windows" ads and the top one you can click on to goto the website. So :-/ not sure how that would happen if this were fake.

Well I think it's a hoax because if I was the trademark owner of both Windows and Microsoft I would never let them be hyphenated as they are in the bottom left and right text boxes.
You never hyphenate your trade name....

Not quite QED. As inertiadrift pointed out, the website you're quoting is not registered to Asus, so it's possible that it's a hoax as well.

If it isn't a hoax, it's strange that the site is not linked to anywhere on the actual Asus page (asus.com worldwide or uk.asus.com for the UK)

Dont believe my eyes, the 901 was the last thing ever bought from asus.
Trusted: It's trusted that my privacy are blown away with an 8 year old system, that collects malware and viruses like a petri dish.
Familiar: None working user permissions, hack the registry to get things working. Empty fridge and hungry family cause of expensive software licenses.
Compatible: Did not work with iso odg format, must spend many times in drivers search. Get permission problems with drivers and software.
XP proof that the eee works as bad as possible!
